This compensation does not affect the cost or terms of funding offered to you and does not influence which funding options we present.

When you submit an application through SMB Street:

  • We may share your information with multiple lending partners

  • Lending partners conduct their own underwriting and approval processes

  • You may receive multiple offers with varying terms

  • You are under no obligation to accept any offer

Pre-qualification does not guarantee final approval. Final approval is subject to complete underwriting and verification by the lending partner.

5. Credit Inquiries

During the application process, SMB Street and/or our lending partners may perform credit inquiries. Initial inquiries are typically "soft pulls" that do not affect your credit score. If you proceed with a formal application, lending partners may conduct "hard pulls" that could impact your credit score. We will inform you before any hard credit inquiries are made.

6. Costs and Fees

Important Notice:

SMB Street does not charge application fees, processing fees, or upfront costs to applicants.

However, funding products from our lending partners may include:

  • Origination fees

  • Factor rates or interest charges

  • Administrative fees

  • Early repayment fees (product dependent)

  • Late payment fees

All costs and fees will be clearly disclosed in writing before you accept any funding offer. You have the right to review and understand all costs before committing to any agreement.

7. Repayment Terms

Repayment terms vary by product and lender. Common repayment structures include:

  • Daily or Weekly ACH: Automatic withdrawals from your business bank account

  • Percentage of Sales: Payments tied to daily credit card or revenue activity

  • Fixed Monthly Payments: Consistent monthly installments

Ensure you understand your repayment obligations and confirm that payment amounts align with your business cash flow before accepting funding.

8. State Licensing and Regulations

SMB Street and our lending partners operate in compliance with applicable federal and state regulations. Lending partners hold appropriate licenses and registrations as required by the states in which they operate. Specific licensing requirements vary by state and product type.

9. Use of Information

By submitting an application, you authorize SMB Street to:

  • Share your information with lending partners in our network

  • Obtain credit reports and financial information

  • Contact you regarding funding opportunities

10. No Guarantee of Funding

Submission of an application does not guarantee approval or funding. All applications are subject to lending partner approval criteria including creditworthiness, business performance, time in business, and other factors.
